As an Account Manager, I lead client accounts and oversee content and social media strategy at the 983 Group. In this role, I deliver impactful PR campaigns for healthcare technology brands, ensuring smooth execution and measurable results. I also mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development within the agency. My goal is to drive meaningful client success through brand engagement and building relationships with clients and their customers.

  • Notable Achievement: I have been able to find creative ways to spotlight user-generated content without getting bogged down by long approval processes. By resharing real photos and videos across social media, I help clients tap into the authenticity that connects with their audience, often leading to more engagement and stronger brand loyalty. This approach keeps things genuine and allows the content to reach potential customers in a way that's both timely and impactful.

  • Favorite Connection: One of my favorite personal connections is a close friend from college. Both communications majors, we shared many classes and went into related fields. We can bounce ideas off each other, offer an outside perspective, and discuss new social media features when platform updates hit over a glass of wine!  

  • Best Part of the Job: I excel at ensuring everyone is organized and on the same page when it comes to various parts of the job. From content calendars and social media grids to client and customer engagement efforts, everyone knows I love a well-coordinated and color-coded spreadsheet!
