I focus on building strong relationships with journalists to help healthcare tech brands get noticed, especially in local media. I love telling stories that highlight real patient experiences and show how technology is making a difference in people’s lives, bringing more attention to these breakthroughs in important areas.

• Notable Achievement: I recently landed a piece of broadcast coverage for a new rehabilitation facility in Wisconsin, showcasing the staff as leaders in innovation in the region. Scoring an opportunity for a facility, and important client customer, was uncharted territory and an exciting achievement. Not only did this make the client look great, I was able to showcase their customer success, too!

• Favorite Connection: My college professor, Suzanne Daly, from UMass Amherst, greatly inspired me during her course Going to Jail: Incarceration in US Literature and Culture inspired me to pursue a career I’m passionate about, where I can connect with people and apply my skills. That inspiration led me to this position, which I’m incredibly grateful for.

• Best Part of the Job: I’ve made so many connections with clients and their amazing patients. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to hear their inspiring stories, which show me the strength of the human spirit and how our work can make a real difference in the lives of those facing challenges.
